Health is very important in our
lives. Good health depends very much on us as we are aware of what we eat, rest and exercise, as these are the foundations of good health. Avoid problems and disappointments are favorable health reasons. Consumption of cigarettes, alcohol, drugs and bad habits only help to put health at risk. We must be careful and not play with our health, or we would be risking our lives. 
We are primarily responsible for what happens to our health,
